Who We Are
Since 1972, the Humane Society of Clinton County (HSCC) has served the community through saving homeless dogs and cats.
Whether you are looking to bring a new pet into your family, searching for your lost pet, have made the difficult decision to surrender your pet or are looking for educational opportunities, HSCC is here to help.
Making a Difference
Humane Society of Clinton County, Inc. exists to promote the welfare of dogs and cats within our community as well as provide general education for all pet owners and animal lovers. We connect with community partners for volunteer and donation opportunities that aid in the comfort, health and well-being of our animals.
